Yasmine Abdel-Aal, a principal at Markah Legal PC, has been named a “Top 40 Young Lawyer” by the American Bar Association.
The list honors those “who exemplify a broad range of high achievement, innovation, vision, leadership, and legal and community service.”
Abdel-Aal, 32, founded Markah, an intellectual property, entertainment and business law practice, in Newport Beach in late 2011. She also serves as Of Counsel to Calabasas-based Kaufman Entertainment Law Group and is an adjunct professor at Whittier Law School.
She holds a J.D. from Whittier Law School with a certificate in intellectual property and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from University of California-Irvine.
