Costa Mesa-based Crisp Imaging Inc. announced today its fifth acquisition this year, Sacramento-based Century Graphics.
Century Graphics, a division of California Surveying and Drafting Supply (CSDS), is a full-service reprographics printing company established in 1978 with two locations in Sacramento and El Dorado Hills.
“Century Graphics is a terrific strategic addition for Crisp Imaging and its focus on public works projects in the state capital region,” founder and Chief Executive Gary Crisp said in a statement. “It’s a perfect fit for our company, and we know each other well and have built a bond of trust since we’ve been buying equipment from them for years.”
It is Crisp’s fifth acquisition this year, bringing to seven its total newly added companies since 2021.
The newest acquisition adds 15 employees to Crisp, which now has 180 workers.
Crisp Imaging is an independent full-service digital printer for industries like real estate and healthcare. Since 2001, Crisp Imaging has 22 West Coast locations from Seattle to San Diego, offering reprographics, marketing materials and display graphics, among other services.
