Vans Inc. said it hired former Dollar Shave Club Chief Marketing Officer Kristin Harrer to serve as its global head of marketing.
Harrer, as the Costa Mesa-based company’s global chief marketing officer, will report to Global Brand President Doug Palladini and oversee marketing at the retail, brand and digital levels globally for Vans.
Palladini cited Harrer’s experience in digital and direct to consumer “as we continue to accelerate our digital transformative thinking.”
Vans is part of Denver-based VF Corp. (NYSE: VFC), which had a recent market cap of $33.8 billion.
