Irvine city filings show Minnesota-based LTF Holdings Inc. will bring a 125,000-square-foot fitness facility to the Great Park Neighborhoods.
Developer FivePoint Holdings had previously told analysts a gym was coming, without naming the operator.
Life Time locations—including one at 128,000 square feet open in Laguna Niguel and another of 46,000 square feet in development in San Clemente—are often larger than other fitness facilities and typically include several pools or tennis courts as well as spas, salons, cafes and other amenities.
