Irvine-based performance recovery brand Hyperice launched the next iteration of its Normatec air compression collection, the Normatec 3, on Friday.
With its patented pulse technology, the device includes a 50% increase in battery life to help increase circulation, reduce swelling, and revive muscles through a massaging system.
The Normatec product’s price point begins at $799.
“We’ve sacrificed nothing in terms of the science, benefits and quality that Normatec has become known for and this launch only further cements our mission and our position as the leader in this space,” Chief Executive Jim Huether said in a statement.
Hyperice acquired Normatec in 2020 where Dr. Laura Jacobs developed the compression system. As of now, over 120,000 Normatec units have been sold.
