Newport Auto Center in Newport Beach has been named to Automotive News’ list of top 100 “Best Dealerships to Work For.”
The designation is based on results of a survey conducted by Best Companies Group in Harrisburg, Pa., whose selection criteria included working conditions, benefits, professional development opportunities and work-life balance.
“We’re very pleased to be recognized for our efforts at making our store as rewarding, enriching and welcoming as possible,” said Tim Tauber, dealership’s general manager. “This designation is a testament to our team. They are focused on excellent customer service and committed to outstanding performance.”
The Porsche, Audi and Bentley dealer was the only Orange County-based operation on the list. Other dealerships from California on include DCH Honda in Temecula, Land Rover Rocklin-Niello and top 100 in Rocklin, Niello Audi in Sacramento, Niello BMW in Elk Grove, AutoNation Mini of Stevens Creek in Santa Clara and Valencia BMW in Valencia.
Newport Auto Center is one of 265 new vehicle franchises owned and operated by AutoNation Inc. of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
