The Canopy at Great Park today revealed the first round of tenants opening at the 12-acre shopping center in late 2026. Â
The retail center, developed by Almquist, spans approximately 90,000 square feet. The newly confirmed 13 operators include: In-N-Out Burger, Philz Coffee, Taiwanese tea brand Chicha San Chen, H&H Bagels of television fame with its first OC location, a spinoff of Irvine’s Izakaya Osen called Osen Urban Table, LA-based retailer Solestage and Sunfeel jeweler. Â
Almquist last year announced that Asian grocer T&T Supermarket from Canada will be the center’s anchor tenant, operating in a 34,000-square-foot space. Additional tenants are in the works.Â
“Great Park visitors and the surrounding Great Park community have long awaited a retail and dining hub that not only serves their needs but also enhances their everyday lifestyle,” Chief Executive Dan Almquist said in a statement. Â
The Canopy broke ground at the Great Park, adjacent to the Bosque Trail, in April 2024 and is slated to open later this year. About 500 acres, or a third of the park, has already been developed with almost 1,000 acres still under construction or in planning phases. Â
