Stream Realty Expands MF Division in OC

Pat Swanson Named Managing Director of Multifamily

Stream Realty Partners is expanding its operations in Orange County by adding to its Investment Sales Brokerage practice for Southern California’s multifamily market.

The Dallas-based commercial real estate advisory firm announced today that Pat Swanson would lead Stream’s apartment-focused practice from the company’s Irvine office. Swanson’s official title is managing director of multifamily.

Swanson will work directly under Marty Pupil, who is based out of Stream’s Irvine office as its executive managing director and Southern California partner.
