The 77,788-square-foot space is at 378 E. Orangethorpe Ave.
Classic Performance plans to use the property for research and development operations, as well as manufacturing and sales, according to real estate brokerage Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Voit’s Mike Vernick and Mike Hefner, as well as Erik Wanland and Sean Ward of CBRE Group Inc.
Vernick and Hefner represented the buyer while Wanland and Ward represented the seller in the transaction.
