SALE

Manhattan LLC recently sold a free-standing manufacturing and warehouse distribution building in Fullerton for $7.8 million to RK Manhattan LLC.

The 54,000-square-foot property is at 1351 Manhattan Ave.

The building has five dock high-loading doors, one ground-level loading door, 22-foot warehouse clearance, and 4,800 square feet of office space, according to real estate brokerage Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates’ Greg Diab and Jack Haley, as well as Ryan Peterson and Brian DeRevere of CBRE Group Inc.

Diab and Haley represented the buyer, while Peterson and DeRevere represented the seller.
