The 4,990-square-foot space is in a class B building at 8835 Research Drive.
The office building consists of an open office for workstations, as well as private offices. The deal was an owner/user purchase, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Studley Inc.’s Paul Jones and Tibor Kelemen of Wind Water Realty Advisers Inc.
Jones represented the seller while Kelemen represented the buyer.
