GS 1-3 LLC recently sold an office building at the Brenexus Limited Edition Business Park in Irvine for more than $1.6 million to Sunrise Benefits.

The 7,700-square-foot property is at 8861 Research Drive, near the Irvine Spectrum. It is a strategic location for Sunrise Benefits, according to real estate brokerage NAI Capital.

The brokers involved in the deal included NAI Capital’s John Manion, as well as Travis Haining of Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
