LEASE

Virtu USA Inc., a maker of bathroom vanities and accessories, recently signed a 64-month lease at 12752 Monarch St. in Garden Grove.

The company relocated to the 82,608-square-foot industrial space in May from another location in Garden Grove, according to real estate brokerage Voit Real Estate Services Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Voit’s Mike Bouma and Darin McDonald of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services

Inc. Bouma represented the landlord, CRP-2 Monarch LLC. McDonald represented the tenant.
