SALE

Leasco Investments Inc. recently sold an office building at the Bristol Corporate Center in Costa Mesa for $3.4 million to Newport Beach-based commercial real estate investment firm Turner Real Estate Investments.

The 30,165-square-foot property is at 2755 Bristol St.

Turner will renovate the two-story building, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Brian Garbutt and Allen Basso of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.

Garbutt and Basso represented the seller and buyer in the transaction.
