Santa Ana-based Freedom Communications Inc. recently sold an office building in Irvine for about $2.7 million to Sayago & Pardon Inc.

The 16,007-square-foot building is at 17666 Fitch.

The location will serve as the corporate headquarters for Sayago & Pardon and Restoration Media.

Brokers involved in the deal included Property Group International’s Ethan Alvidrez and Jeffrey Stephens of CBRE Group Inc.

Alvidrez represented the buyer, while Stephens represented the seller.
