The 6,250-square-foot space is at 22952 Mill Creek Drive.
The building is part of Lake Forest Corporate Park, which consists of 18 buildings, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Southwest Commercial’s Jordan DeMeis and Dennis DeMeis, as well as Adam Wicker, Dave Smith and Matt Fryer of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Jordan DeMeis and Dennis DeMeis represented the buyer, while Wicker, Smith and Fryer represented the seller.
