T&M Painting and Construction Inc. recently sold an industrial condo unit in Anaheim for $1.05 million to a private buyer.

The 10,875-square-foot space is at 1835 N. Orangethorpe Park, Ste. B.

It is one of three condo units at the building, which totals 30,450 square feet, according to data service CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Paul Kott Realtors Inc.’s Paul Kott, as well as Shin Kim of CBRE Group Inc.
