The 23,021-square-foot space is at 2569 McCabe Way.
Bernards Builders & Management Services will occupy the first floor and lease the second floor, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Bridge Commercial Properties’ Scott Johnstone, as well as Curt Stalder and Scott Bellizzi of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
Johnstone represented the buyer while Stalder and Bellizzi represented the seller.
