Hager Pacific Properties recently sold an industrial building in Garden Grove for $4.18 million to Goodwin Ammonia Co.

The 46,180-square-foot space is at 12300 Industry St.

Goodwin Ammonia purchased the building at 90% interest with the intention of leasing the building and will eventually move into it, according to data services provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Voit Real Estate Services Inc.’s Michael Bouma and Paul Caputo, as well as Frank Adler of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
