LEASE

A packaging and paper manufacturer has moved into a Buena Park industrial facility after signing a deal for a five-year lease.

RockTenn Co. moved into a 110,609-square-foot space at 5600 Knott Ave.

Brokers involved in the deal included Tim Cronin of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, as well as his colleague Scott Smith.

Colliers International’s Clyde Stauff brokered on behalf of the tenant while Cronin and Smith represented the landlord, Crown Associates Realty Inc.

The lease is worth more than $3 million.
