Santa Ana-based law firm Hart, King & Coldren recently signed a lease at 4 Hutton Centre Drive at the Lakeside Tower in Santa Ana.
The company will occupy 15,249 square feet at the office in June, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
The lease’s length is six years.
Brokers involved in the deal included CBRE Group Inc.’s Rickey Warner, Peter Wells and Simon Dillon, as well as John Collins, Gary McArdell and Scott Bellizzi of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
Warner, Wells and Dillon represented the landlord. Collins, McAr-dell and Bellizzi represented the tenant.
The landlord was undisclosed.
