Sales and leases of offices, industrial buildings, retail space and apartments


SALE

CT-Huntington LLC recently sold four Huntington Beach buildings to Mesaville Holdings LLC for $13 million.

The properties are at 5762 and 5772 Bolsa Ave., 5445 Oceanus Drive and 15121 Graham St., and they total 123,978 square feet.

The transaction includes two two-story offices and two industrial buildings, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.

Brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.’s John Collins, David Romero, Ted Sawyer, Darin McDonald and Mark Larson, who represented the buyer.

Collins and Romero also represented the seller.
