The 16,840-square-foot property is at 26731 Aliso Creek Road.
The two-story building is 93% occupied, with Stadium Brewing Co. being the largest tenant at the center, according to real estate brokerage Faris Lee Investments.
Brokers involved in the deal included Faris Lee Investments’ Dennis Vaccaro and Christopher Tramontano.
Vaccaro and Tramontano represented the seller and buyer.
