MCC Realty Investments sold a retail building to TradeCor Partners LLC in Aliso Viejo for $8.1 million.
The 26,040-square-foot building is at 26761 Aliso Creek Road.
PetSmart occupies the building on a triple-net lease with four years remaining on its master term, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Faris Lee Investments’ Dennis Vaccaro and Nicholas Coo.
Vaccaro and Coo represented the seller. Vaccaro also represented the buyer.
