It is 95% occupied, and tenants include Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Baja Fresh and Wasabi Sushi, according to real estate brokerage firm Faris Lee Investments.
Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther of Faris Lee represented the seller. The private buyer represented itself in the sale.
