The 36,630-square-foot building is at 23695 Via Del Rio.
The buyer will occupy the property as Powerwerx, an electronic distribution company, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
The brokers involved in the deal included Cushman & Wakefield Inc.’s Randy Ellison and Rick Ellison, as well as Mark Hintergardt of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Rick and Randy Ellison represented the seller. Hintergardt represented the buyer.
