John Higman sold an industrial and manufacturing building in Brea for $5.5 million to Air Treatment Corp., an HVAC systems equipment and design contractor.

The 45,000-square-foot building is at 640 N. Puente St.

The buyer will use the building as its new headquarters, which will house its corporate offices and manufacturing and distribution operations in Southern California, according to real estate brokerage firm The Saywitz Co.

Air Treatment moved from the City of Industry, according to Saywitz.
