LEASE

R.E. Chaix & Associates Insurance Brokers Inc. recently signed a lease at 3200 El Camino Real, Ste. 290 in Irvine.

The 6,257-square-foot office space is part of a two-story, 48,000-square-foot, multitenant building at Market Place Center, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.

The length of the lease is five years.

Brokers in the deals included Lee & Associates’ Phil Fridd and Mike Vukovich of Irvine Company.

Fridd represented the tenant, and Vukovich represented landlord Irvine Company.
