Kelly-Wright Hardwoods Inc. recently inked a $1.6 million lease to move into an industrial warehouse in Brea.
360 Commercial Partners’ Zach Niles and Garrett McClelland helped broker the deal for the 62,650-square-foot space at 450 Delta Ave.
Voit Real Estate Services’ Seth Davenport and Mitch Zehner were also involved in the deal.
The lease will last 60 months.
Kelly-Wright will occupy the whole building, according to Voit.
