HD Cos. recently bought a 37,041-square-foot facility in Anaheim for $108 per square foot, or $4 million.
The industrial property had been occupied by HD Cos. for about eight months before it exercised the option to buy the facility, according to CoStar Group Inc. The facility, sold by Myers America, is at 4411 E. La Palma Ave. Brokers involved in the deal were Luke Hudson and Scott Seal of Lee & Associates, and Chris Migliori of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Servi-ces. Migliori represented Myers America, while Seal and Hudson represented HD Cos., which does business as The Office of Anaheim, a sports training company.
