Dr. Scott Rice will move to 15785 Laguna Canyon Road in unit 200, a 3,414-square-foot space that was purchased by Laguna Canyon Medical Plaza LLC for nearly $1.2 million, or $350 per square foot. Canyon Medical Plaza LP sold the unit.
