Chadwick Pacific LP recently sold a 30-unit apartment complex in Costa Mesa for $4.52 million, or $151,000 per unit. The Bay Breeze Villas, built in 1963, were purchased by Ridgeline Realty & Investment LLC, according to CoStar Group Inc.

Chadwick Pacific’s broker was Patrick Swanson of Colliers International, while the buyer represented itself.

Bay Breeze Villas sits on nearly 1 acre at 1884 Monrovia Ave. and has a swimming pool, carports and other features.
