MeriCal Inc., an Orange-based maker and packager of vitamins, leased a warehouse at 447 W. Freedom Ave. in Orange. MeriCal moved into the 31,147-square-foot industrial building earlier this month and plans to make minor improvements. Executives were attracted to the building because of its proximity to the company’s headquarters, which is just down the street. MeriCal has other warehouses in Orange and Mira Loma. Greg Osborne, Steve Schaner and Brian Chastain of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented MeriCal. Robert Socci and Hayden Socci of Voit Real Estate Services represented landlord San Francisco-based Stockbridge Real Estate Funds.
