MeriCal Inc., an Orange-based maker and packager of vitamins, leased a warehouse at 447 W. Freedom Ave. in Orange. MeriCal moved into the 31,147-square-foot industrial building earlier this month and plans to make minor improvements. Executives were attracted to the building because of its proximity to the company’s headquarters, which is just down the street. MeriCal has other warehouses in Orange and Mira Loma.
