Woodland-based Cardinal Professional Products, a marketer of fumigants and fumigation equipment, paid $1.5 million for a 14,000-square-foot industrial building at 2675 W. Woodland Drive in Anaheim. The company currently leases a nearby building and is set to relocate in February. The building on Woodland Drive is about three times larger and will be used for offices and warehouse space. Cardinal Professional Products was represented by Mike Vernick of Voit Real Estate Services. The sellers, Joseph and Arleen Jill, were represented by Lee & Associates.
