Label-Aire Inc., a maker of equipment for applying labels to consumer and other products, renewed a lease for its headquarters at 550 Burning Tree Road in Fullerton. Label-Aire has operated out of the 60,000-square-foot building for its entire 20-year history. The renewed lease is for 10 years and is valued at $4 million. The lease includes provisions that allow the company to change the building as it grows. Label-Aire is part of Lakewood-based Impaxx Inc., which itself is owned by Los Angeles-based private equity firm Aurora Capital Group. Barry Saywitz of Saywitz Co. represented Label-Aire. Landlord RREEF Funds LLC represented itself.
