11Irvine’s Golden State Foods Corp., a food products distributor, is expanding its headquarters with its latest renewal of office space at 18301 Von Karman Ave. The company added another 6,000 square feet in its 10-year lease, for a total of 32,000 square feet. The terms of the lease were not disclosed. Greg May and Chon Kantikovit of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Golden State. The property’s landlord, KBS Realty Advisors Inc., was represented by Jeff Morgan of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.
