Wolf Firm, an Irvine-based law firm, is expanding its office space by 5,000 square feet. It now will occupy about 16,000 square feet at the 31,000-square-foot 2955 Main St. building, where it’s been a tenant since early last year. The law firm leased the space—part of which was vacated by Irvine-based Heritage Escrow Co.—for three years at $1.2 million. The firm, which has been operating for 25 years and represents clients in bankruptcy, foreclosure and debt matters, plans to add workers to fill the additional space. The landlord is Greenlaw Main Street LLC, part of Newport Beach-based Greenlaw Partners. Michael Dorsey of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented both parties.
