Sharp Freight Systems Inc., which manages trucking and logistics services for other companies, paid $1.2 million for an 8,100-square-foot industrial building in Yorba Linda. The building, at 22707 to 22711 E. La Palma Ave., sold for $153 per square foot. Sharp is moving its headquarters from Orange to Yorba Linda. The company, which also has an office in Houston, manages distribution, shipping, warehousing and storage. Sharp Freight is taking over space being vacated by WP Electric & Communications Inc., an electrical services company that sold the building and is moving to Chino. David Williams, Scott Seal and Luke Hudson of Lee & Associates brokered the deal.
