Pacific Symphony Orchestra renewed the lease of its 11,000-square-foot office building at 3631 S. Harbor Blvd. in Santa Ana. Bucking the Orange County arts downturn, which pushed Opera Pacific to close its doors and the Laguna Playhouse to scrap expansion plans and sell an adjacent building in the past year or so, the orchestra has committed to its location for another 10 years. The Symphony presents more than 100 concerts a year. The orchestra performs at the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall in Costa Mesa and has a summer outdoor series at Irvine’s Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. The 9.6-year lease was valued at $3 million. Jeff Tabor and Dave Coe of Corporate Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
