It’s part of the Brenexus Office Edition near the Irvine Spectrum Center, according to Wind Water Realty Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Travis Forster and Russ Smith of Wind Water Realty and Charles Cheng of Triumshire Corp.
Forster and Smith represented the buyer, while Cheng represented the seller.
