ACS Development will build a medical office building on 3.5 acres at the former Marine Corps Air Station in Tustin.
ACS signed a ground lease for a portion of the 61-acre Advanced Technology Education Park along the western edge of the ex-base, not far from the Flight office development.
The base overall is just more than 1,600 acres and also includes a Costco- and Whole Foods-anchored shopping area at its eastern edge, at Barranca Parkway and Jamboree Road.
