An 8.6-acre office and retail complex in Huntington Beach has sold for $97.3 million.
Vancouver, Canada-based Onni Group bought Ocean Plaza, a 208,836-square-foot office tower, from Los Angeles-based Decron Properties. Along with the 14-story office, the sale also included another 108,785-square feet of retail and restaurant space.
Decron bought the property, located at 17011 Beach Boulevard, in 2006 for $30.3 million as part of a $66 million, 8-building portfolio sale.
