The California Landscape Contractors Asso-ciation of Orange County has appointed Cherie Ciotti-Roco treasurer and Kasey Keller associate member director to its board. Ciotti-Roco works at CCR Landscape in Corona del Mar and Keller works at the San Clemente office of Ewing Irrigation Products Inc. The association includes licensed landscape and landscape-related contractors.
BANKING
Sunwest Bank in San Clemente has named Tony Rodriguez vice president and branch sales manager. Rodriguez previously served as vice president and branch sales manager of California Bank and Trust in San Clemente. He has more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance.
CONSULTING
Precept Inc. in Irvine hired Erin Reslock as vice president of client management. Reslock previously was a senior associate in the Newport Beach healthcare practice of New York-based Mercer LLC. At Precept, she will concentrate on business development strategies.
FINANCE
Jim Fletcher joined First Republic Bank’s Private Wealth Management group in Newport Beach as its portfolio manager. Fletcher previously was a vice president and senior director at The Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Newport Beach. First Republic is a private bank that offers money management for high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations and institutions.
NONPROFIT
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County has added Gary Wilson to its board. Wilson is an audit partner at the Irvine office of Chicago-based Grant Thornton LLC. He volunteers with Boy Scouts and Little League.
REAL ESTATE
Rich Steinhoff has joined Prudential Cali-fornia Realty as a broker associate in its Irvine office. Steinhoff has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. He received the Irvine Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year award and works with various local or-ganizations.
Newport Beach-based Voit Real Estate Ser-vices has promoted Carolyn Leslie to asset manager. Leslie will oversee property and association management as well as leasing teams and construction managers for commercial portfolios. She has been with the company for seven years.
Garth Hogan has joined Grubb & Ellis Co. as executive managing director of the healthcare and medical office practice group in Newport Beach. Hogan is a founder and former chief executive of Newport beach-based Medical Realty Corp.
The Saywitz Co. promoted Bruce Roberts to director of leasing for the firm’s property management apartment division in Costa Mesa. Roberts has been with the company for seven years and has held several positions relating to leasing and tenant relations.
Joseph Cesta has been promoted to vice president at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in Newport Beach. Cesta currently is a regional manager, a position which he will continue to hold. He joined the company in 2001 as a sales intern.
Colliers International Property Consultants Inc. hired David Kim as senior managing director and Reid Wilbraham as senior director in its Irvine office. Kim will be responsible for managing client services and will work closely with the company’s brokers that represent tenants. Wilbraham will focus on business development nationwide.

Martyn Christian has been named chief marketing officer of Irvine-based Kofax PLC. Christian previously was director of marketing programs for IBM Corp. Kofax is a maker of software that helps businesses cut down on paper and data entry.
