Greg Marick was named president of the Art Institute of California-Orange County in Santa Ana. Marick formerly served as president for the Art Institute of California-Hollywood.
St. Mary’s School in Aliso Viejo named Walt Linaweaver as head of the middle school for the 2010 to 2011 school year. St. Mary’s is a Christian school for grades preschool through middle school.

Strategic Resources Alliance Inc. in Irvine named Renee Lancaster account executive. Strategic Resources provides contractors, consultants, interim managers and employees to other companies. Lancaster will cover Orange County and Los Angeles County and previously served as a talent acquisition specialist.

Christa Yorke was named account executive at SullivanCurtisMonroe Insurance Services LLC in its Irvine office. Yorke previously served as senior marketing representative at Federated Mutual Insurance.

Children’s Bureau added Jasmine Patel as a member of its Orange County division board, based in Anaheim. Patel is an account executive at New York Life Insurance Co. in Costa Mesa. Children’s Bureau develops programs that focus on preventing child abuse.
Steve Lee has joined the board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Orange County/Inland Empire chapter in Santa Ana. Lee is an associate broker at Cushman & Wakefield Inc. in Irvine. He was motivated to join the board after his cousin died from leukemia last year.

Lake Forest-based Echo Media Group hired Lou Rios as social media director. Rios will lead the company’s social media campaigns for new and existing clients.

April Sevilla has joined Newport Beach-based Davis Partners LLC as a property manager. Sevilla previously was a property manager with PM Realty Group LP. She will be responsible for the management of office, industrial and retail space.
Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. promoted Greg Oymaian to group coordinator in its Irvine office. Oymaian previously served as community associate manager. He currently is pursuing the certified community association manager designation through the California Association of Community Managers.
Grubb & Ellis Co. promoted Jim McFadden and Greg May to co-managing directors. McFadden previously served as senior vice president in Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office. May was senior vice president in the Newport Beach office.
Newport Beach-based KBS Capital Markets Group LLC added Richard Gann as vice president and marketing director and Michael Zapata as compliance officer. Gann previously served as senior vice president at Santa Ana-based Grubb & Ellis. Zapata previously served as a compliance examiner at the investment arm of now defunct Washington Mutual Inc. in Irvine.
Muller Co. in Laguna Hills named Lori Haigh as director of business development and Susan Rosenblatt as director of asset management. Dana Point’s Salt Creek Grille hired Marcos Costas as general manager. Costas has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He previously worked at Andrea Restaurant at the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach and was named top restaurant general manager by Newport Beach-based Irvine Company last year.

Nicholas Montes was named president of eAgency Inc. in Newport Beach. Montes previously worked at American Greetings Interactive as head of sales and marketing. He will be responsible for the company’s distribution, sales, marketing and strategic planning. EAgency writes software for cell phones.
