A bayfront property along Newport Harbor featuring residential units, commercial space and boat slips has sold for $11.6 million.
Located at 2410 Newport Blvd. in Newport Beach, the mixed-use property includes two residences. The bayfront residence is a 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom, and the street side residence is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Both units were occupied at the time of the sale.
The four-unit mixed-use building sits next to the Balboa Boat Yard and near the Woody’s Wharf restaurant. It was sold by Tim Carr of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty.
Newport Marina Compound was the seller. The buyer, an LLC, was not disclosed.
Carr said the residential and commercial components were leased, but the buyer’s future plans for the site remain unclear.
“The buyer is an LLC and they are very private,” Carr said.
He said the boat slips could accommodate a 70- to 80-foot vessel, each.
A Homes.com listing about the property said 2410 Newport Blvd. is a “once in a lifetime, generational opportunity to acquire a mixed-use property centrally located on the Balboa Peninsula.”

It was built in 2004 and occupy 6.655 square feet.
