IN THE NEWS: In February, the chipmaker announced a deal to buy San Jose-based GEO Semiconductor Inc. for an expected price of $180M. Indie in September also paid about $45M for Swiss company Exalos.
NOTABLE: Indie’s semiconductor products are used in a wide array of driver assistance systems, including parking and collision avoidance as well as backup and forward cameras.
