The proposed development could convert CAVU Business Park into a site with 15-story towers, including a 420K-SF office building and a 386-key hotel with 15K SF of retail.
IN THE NEWS: Camphor Partners refinanced the office property, called CAVU Business Park. The transaction, arranged by Newmark, secured a $16.5 loan for a two-building and 110.5K-SF office campus next to John Wayne Airport.
