IN THE NEWS: Marked the grand opening this year of its latest project Rafferty in downtown Santa Ana. The 218-unit, eight-story luxury mixed-use apartment community is located in the heart of downtown’s Calle Cuatro corridor, at the intersection of 4th Street and Main Street.
NOTABLE: Celebrating 50th anniversary this year. Firm has become known as a designer of high-end hotel branded residences with three California projects.
