IN THE NEWS: This year opened $20M health center in San Clemente offering wellness programs and free group fitness classes. Eyeing the rest of South OC for expansion, notably the 92-acre Ziggurat building in Laguna Niguel. Hoag initially lost the bid for the federal building but was then awarded the property after filing a lawsuit alleging misconduct. The sale has since been cancelled by the U.S. General Services Administration with the intention of relaunching the bidding process at a future date.
