WHY: Launched one of area’s top CRE tenant improvement firms.
IN THE NEWS: This year Casco marks 25 years since it was founded in 2000. It ranked as the 16th largest women-owned business in OC with revenue of $47.5M. Company is currently working on one of its largest projects to date for an undisclosed client in LA. The project broke ground in June and is expected to be completed in September 2026. Went to Washington, D.C. in April with a group of women from Family Enterprise USA to advocate for family-owned and women-owned businesses.
NOTABLE: Prior Business Journal Women in Business Award honoree. Was pregnant with her second child and working for another general contractor when she decided to start her own company. Her biggest piece of advice to aspiring women leaders: “always be ready to pivot because you never know what’s going to happen.” Clients include Irvine Co., CBRE Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Greenlaw Partners and UCI.
